Shipping fees vary according to weight, carrier and destination:

Denmark - Typically €2.50 -   5.25
Sweden   - Typically €5.50 - 12.00
Europe    - Typically €5.50 - 12.00
Norway   - Typically €5.50 - 25.00
USA        - Typically €5.50 - 20.00

Orders are generally delivered within 1-7 business day by Postnord, GLS, EMS or Bring depending on the destination. All orders are shipped from Denmark (EU).

Your package will be dispatched according to the individual providers terms. Tracked Postnord, GLS, Bring & EMS shipments are covered by a limited transport insurance in case of transport damage or loss. Untracked Economy shipments are not covered by any transport insurance.

Pricing: 

By default prices are incl. Danish 25% VAT, which must be charged to all endusers (B2C) inside EU.
There are no additional charges, VAT and Duty etc. when you order/receive products within the EU.

Customers from outside the EU will not be charged any VAT (Norway excluded).
The webshop will show prices without VAT and with estimated shipping costs for your destination, when creating an account / logging in. Please notice, that we have no influence on any local duty, TAX & VAT which might apply in your country outside the EU. Orders to Norway includes 25% Norwegian MVA, so no additional import duty/fees are charged (We are VOEC-registered in Norway).

VAT/TAX registered companies will not be charged any VAT (25%) (except for Denmark).
The webshop will show prices without VAT and with estimated shipping costs, when creating an account with a valid and verified VAT number / company details.

Returns & Warranty:

We offer a 20 limited return policy and 2 years limited warranty on EU consumer orders in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
